Q: WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
A: Price includes set up and takedown of your personalized greeting. Orders may be subject to delivery and rush fees. Once we have processed the payment you don't need to do anything else except enjoy your front yard and send us a picture if you'd like. #yardcardking
Q: HOW DO I KNOW IF MY DAY IS AVAILABLE?
A: You can check dates when you book online or give us a call and we can confirm availability.
Q: WHEN DO YOU DELIVER AND PICK UP?
A: You can expect delivery and set up of your greeting anytime between 8pm the evening before to 5am the day of your celebration. Pick up will occur after 8pm.
Q: WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
A: Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, Paypal
Q: WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?
A: We service Riverside, Corona, Moreno Valley, Perris, San Bernardino, Ontario, and Rancho Cucamonga. There is an additional service charge of $20 outside of our 15-mile coverage area.
Q: WHAT IF THE SIGNS ARE DAMAGED OR STOLEN?
A: The customer is responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen signs during their rental, with the exception of weather damage.
