PAYMENT. Payment must clear within 48 hours of delivery.
CANCELLATION. In the event that you need to cancel your order prior to the day of delivery, we reserve the right to refund 1⁄2 of your payment or you have the option to reschedule for the full value paid. Cancellations made the day of scheduled delivery may not receive a refund.
RUSH ORDERS. Rush and same-day orders will be accommodated with the following conditions:
INCLEMENT WEATHER. We will not be able to deliver your greeting if there is lightning or other hazardous weather conditions that prevent setup and or takedown. In the event of prohibitive weather or inclement weather, if we are unable to reschedule the greeting a refund will be honored. Rain won't stop us unless it is too hazardous to set-up.
REFUND POLICY. We will not refund the payment if the homeowner requests greeting to be removed. Refunds will be honored if greetings cannot be delivered due to an error caused by Yard Card King. Refunds will also be honored if the weather does not permit set-up.
Greetings are meant to be pleasant surprises. Please remember to turn off their sprinkler systems and notify yard service companies for the duration of the yard greeting.
All signs remain Yard Card King's property. Any damage, destruction, or tampering with the signs is prohibited. Signs should not be moved. You are responsible for the replacement of the graphic, letter, or stake at full replacement value. Full payment for any signs that are damaged will be enforced.
Signs do not support the weight of children or adults. For the safety of everyone, especially children, please do not allow anyone to lean on or play around the greeting display.
Yard Card King is not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that might be caused to any person, animal, or personal property during the transportation, set-up, removal, or return of any rental.
